COVID-19 update November 15th, 2020

Considering the unusual circumstances currently due to Covid-19, we understand that your plans might have changed. 
Unfortunately, we have to inform you that it is not possible to transfer the booking to another date nor to another easyHotel. 

As all our guests are aware of the Covid-19 situation and possibility of changing restrictions, requirements & regulations since March 2020 and they have accepted the Terms & Conditions (non=refundable or flexible) when making a new reservation, every guest could decide on the level of risk they wanted to take.

Non-refundable rate:
No refund will be given upon cancellation or no-show and cannot be amended. 

Flexible rate:
Can cancel/amend up until 1 day (00:00 hours) before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no show, no refund will be given. 

Exception:
Guests who have a covid-19 credit voucher from 2020, can redeem this voucher until the end of this year 2021. This will end on December 31st, 2021 and is not transferrable to next year.

If you want to change or postpone your travel plans, you can change to an alternative date without any additional charge. If there is a difference in fare, you will have to pay it, but by waiving the change fee, we want to make sure you have more flexibility to adjust your travel plans. You can request this by filling in the following contact form. Not only is this the easiest way to make changes, but given the number of calls we are currently receiving, it will be the fastest. Please be aware that due to the extremely large number of messages a response could take a couple of days.

If you have booked through one of our booking partners such as Booking.com or Expedia.com, the following applies:

Above all, we want to assure you that the safety, health and wellbeing of our guests and staff has always been and always will be our number one priority. We will continue to provide hospitality in our hotels that allows guests who wish or need to travel to continue to do so, travel restrictions permitting. All in accordance with the standards established by the RIVM and WHO.
