We have removed our change fees

Given the exceptional situation we are all facing as a result of Covid-19, we would like to update you on what this means for your travel plans in relation to easyHotel Benelux.

We understand that this situation can lead to uncertainty and so if you have existing travel plans that you would like to change now, you can now change your travel date, we will waive the change fee for all existing reservations and future reservations up until April 30th. If changes are made, you can read it here. If you have reservations from May onwards we would like to ask you not to contact us as we now only handle modifications up until April 30th. Stay tuned to our website in case this changes.

Due to the current circumstances it may take us longer than usual to respond to any questions you send us. Thank you for your patience.

We will continue to provide our hotels with hospitality that allows guests who wish to travel to continue to do so, where travel restrictions permit and in accordance with the advice of the health authorities.

If you have booked directly via easyHotel.com or easyHotelBenelux.com, the following applies:

If you want to change or postpone your travel plans, you can change to an alternative date without any additional charge. If there is a difference in fare, you will have to pay it, but by waiving the change fee, we want to make sure you have more flexibility to adjust your travel plans. You can request this via reservations@easyhotelbenelux.com. Not only is this the easiest way to make changes, but given the amount of calls we are currently receiving, it will be the fastest. Please be aware that due to the extreme large number of calls a response could take a couple of days. Once you have emailed please be assured we will get back to you, there is no need to send the same email again. We are facing a lot of emails as well, everybody will be replied to.

We keep our hotels clean

For guests concerned about exposure to Covid-19, we would like to highlight what measures we take to ensure the health and well-being of our customers in our hotels.

The air in the hotel is constantly filtered and refreshed every few minutes. We maintain the highest hygiene standards by adhering to the guidelines drawn up by RIVM and the World Health Organization (WHO). This includes frequent cleaning of all guest related areas such as lifts, reception, toilets and door handles as well as a thoroughly cleaned room.
