Het Kroket Loket
An original Dutch snack called kroket (or croquet in English) is now available in two special shops in the Netherlands. The Kroket Loket opened in the Markthal in the beginning of July. Already famous in The Hague and now finally in Rotterdam!
The Kroket Loket serves handmade croquettes in varied flavors such as mushrooms, pulled pork and vegetable croquettes. The croquettes are served with unique sauces such as spicy kerry mayonnaise or creamy truffle mayonnaise. Do not miss this hotspot because at this unique location in the Martkhal there is much more to enjoy!

Baker’s Dough
From the Markthal it’s a short walk to another unique concept called Baker’s Dough. Baker’s Dough is the first cookie dough bar in the Netherlands! The cookie dough is unbaked and safe to consume. With their motto ”Dough it Yourself ” you can create your own cookie.
Baker’s Dough Rotterdam
Think of peanut butter & white chocolate dough with Nutella and nuts or a healthy version with vegan and gluten free dough, goji berries, jam and coconut. If you are not really a cookie dough kind of person you can pay a visit to the big sister Baker and Moore for a nice sandwich or salad.
