easyHotel Rotterdam is located in the middle of the city center. As a result, you are within fifteen minutes of walking distance of all the highlights of Rotterdam.
Start your day with a visit of the Markthal, the Kubuswoningen (Cube houses) and the Oude Haven (Old Harbor). From easyHotel Rotterdam you walk towards Blaak, this is from the hotel lobby to the left and just straight ahead. After about 10 minutes you see the yellow Cube Houses. As soon as you are in front of the Cube Houses, you will see the Markthal and the Market Square on your left hand. If you walk underneath the Cube houses and you cross the street to the right you are at the beginning of the Old Harbor. During the warm summer months, the cozy terraces and restaurants are completely full. On the other side of the water you see a white building, this is the White House and used to be the tallest building in the Netherlands. Behind the White House is the river Maas. A walk along the Maas in the direction of the Erasmus Bridge is certainly recommended to escape the city bustle.
